Return & Exchange Policy

At Aamrud Blues, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Eligibility: We accept exchanges only for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect as per your order.

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Customised sarees, altered products, or items purchased during sale events are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process: To initiate an exchange, email us at info@aamrud.com with your order number, photographs of the product, and reason for exchange. Once approved, we will guide you through the process.

Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash or bank refunds for any purchases.

Store Credit: In case of approved returns (due to damage or defect), we will issue store credit equivalent to the product value.

Processing Time: Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
